SLEEPING PATTERNS

ccording to Swar Yoga, sleeping on the left activates Pingala Nadi (sun energy), and sleeping on the right activates Ida Nadi (moon energy). Choosing the side based on Nadi flow can promote better rest and inner balance.

TYPES OF BODILY GASES

When and where is the workshop and how long would it be?

➡️The workshop will be for 1.5 hours per day and will be held on the Zoom App.

➡️Make sure you come 10 mins before the scheduled time and have a simple notebook and pen to write the important points you find during the workshop.

Attending the workshop on PC and with good internet connectivity is advisable for better learning experience.
